As the clocks change and the nights draw in, you are warmly invited to a singing celebration of Autumn. A journey through the season in misty, magical harmony!
We will sing uplifting songs that celebrate Autumn's vibrancy, lullabies to hush nature to its winter sleep and warming melodies that take the season's invitation to get cosy and be at home in our hearts.
The workshop will take place in the atmospheric rooms of the recently opened Beckenham Place Mansion, overlooking the rolling hills and beautiful trees of one of London's best kept secret parklands. Weather dependent, the session may include taking a short walk to a beautiful spot in the park and singing out into nature itself.

Yes definitely! We believe everyone can sing and the more you do it, the more confident and skilled you become. The workshop will be a fantastic place to find your voice and enjoy singing with others.
There is no need to be able to read music, everything will be taught by ear - a method where the leader sings a line and the group sings it back.
Everyone is welcome at the workshops, you do not need to be a member of our main choir. If you enjoy the workshop however, you may like to try a free session at Green Tree Chorus Choir. The ethos and teaching methods are the same for both.
Unfortunately children under 12 cannot attend these workshops. We’re hoping to hold some child friendly sessions in the future. 12-18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, the nearest station is Beckenham Hill, from there it’s a short walk up the beautiful driveway entrance to the mansion. There is a car park is available on site.
